Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.I hired this company to move my furniture and mount my TVs. They damaged my 75” TV and refused to take proper responsibility. They never mentioned that TV mounting had extra charges — their movers made it seem like it was $95 per hour, but after taking an extremely long time, they suddenly claimed it was $1 per inch.The owner refused to work with me and only offered 60 cents per pound for my damaged TV. They didn’t have me sign anything, didn’t explain any coverage, and didn’t offer insurance, which violates basic consumer protection laws.To make things worse, there were children running around during the move, jumping on my leather sectional with shoes on, and walking all over my blankets and clothes while the movers unloaded. I had to watch their children in my own home because the movers were too busy.The entire experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The owner and staff showed no accountability — the female owner even laughed over the phone as if the damage to my belongings was a joke. My sectional was also damaged, and they refused to pay for that as well.?? PSA: Before hiring this company, demand to see their insurance and valuation coverage options in writing. Do not let them move your belongings without signing official documents that specify what happens if your items are damaged. They failed to provide any of that and are now refusing to replace my TV.I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are careless with your property, unprofessional in conduct, and unwilling to take responsibility for the damage they cause.
I got pleasure to meet a very efficient and talented crew movers with professional moving preppers, LLC. They were punctual and very attentive to my needs. Extremely cautious about your nice furniture and making sure that you were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend professional moving preppers for local or long distance moving given their very good reputation and track record.

Professional Moving Preppers were very courteous and professional the two movers were very thorough and super careful with the Liberty Gun Safe. Cost was very affordable and worth the investment. This moving company charged a reasonable price compared to other moving company’s in Laredo that wanted to over charge me due to being a special item and requiring special tools and logistics. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I ever move again.Highly recommended.
