We had an outstanding experience with Two Men and a Truck for a simulator installation in Las Cruces.Kevin, Quantay, Patrick, and Jeremiah were prompt, professional and worked diligently to help us move in the components of our simulator at a local community college. Their conduct, speech, and work ethic were above reproach and I highly recommend this company based on this team.They were hard working, never complained, were happy to be there and represented Two Men very well.From the first phone call to set up this job, through the installation process and then had a company rep check with me later in the afternoon to make sure that we were happy with our services - great customer service from beginning to end.We have used 2 Men in different states across the country and have never been disappointed. I recently used Two Men and a Truck to move my mom out of her apartment and into her new home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin, Jeffery, Jacob, Ario, and Jeremiah were the crew that handled our move, and they were absolutely fantastic.Of course, moving day decided to throw us a curveball. The elevator in my mom’s apartment building stopped working right when the move began. Without hesitation, the team simply said, “No problem,” and started carrying everything down the stairs. Not a single complaint, not a bit of frustration—just pure professionalism and hard work. Ironically, the elevator started working again right after they finished bringing everything down!They took incredible care of my mom’s belongings, carefully wrapping furniture and making sure everything was protected. They were efficient, courteous, and communicated with us the entire time so we always knew what was happening. On top of that, they even stopped by a storage unit on the way to the new house to pick up additional items and handled that just as smoothly.The whole crew worked like a well-oiled machine. They showed up on time, stayed positive despite the elevator situation, and treated my mom’s belongings with real care and respect.Two Men and a Truck has a five-star reputation, and after this experience, I completely understand why. Kevin, Jeffery, Jacob, Ario, and Jeremiah made what could have been a stressful day incredibly smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, hardworking moving team.
I have used this service twice now- repeat customer. They show up on time, take great care moving/wrapping items, have excellent “can do” attitudes and are constantly working until the job is done! Highly recommend. A bit more money for the service but well worth it if you like and value your items!
