We moved from Las Cruces, NM to El Paso, TX. Jarod was very friendly and also responsive even after hours. The price was much better than we were hoping for, and the service that his team provided was exceptional. We have moved a few times across different states but this was by far the easiest! I can't recommend Voyage enough and we will definitely use them the next time we move!
Only hire Voyage. Professionalism from start to finish. I booked 4 hours of unloading for 4 people. They finished in 2 HOURS. With their speed, they are careful with everything they move. Their speed is due to their TEAMWORK, not negligence. After 5 military moves, NO ONE has done it better.
We have used Voyage Moving a few times for our office moving needs. The owner has always been very responsive and got us all the info we needed. The moving crew has always been very great and professional! We definitely recommend Them.
I would like to inform everyone DO NOT USE voyage movers. They are extremely unprofessional and take all day to load an already 95% packed 3 bedroom home. They arrived at early morning and did not finish until 5 at night, JUST TO LOAD. They are using untrained movers that damage your items. We paid good money and provided them with lunch and they lied to our face and said they would pack glass and wood items with the extra white glove service we paid. Many if not most of my items have arrived completely damaged because they were not wrapped at all. Items are also missing, JAROD said they were left on the truck and he would ship them to me. That was 6 days ago so i called JAROD after he told me a week ago he would send them, and I get called an unkind person and the worst customer they have ever dealt with that I am in the top 10% of the most difficult customers he has ever dealt with because I asked about my missing items. And he literally told me he is gonna find the slowest way possible to get me my items because if I was a kind person then he would overnight them to me . He also mentioned how my items have no value so I shouldn’t care so much that they were left behind. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY to move your home unless you want your belongings to be damaged and then treated like dirt when you question their mistakes !
I am so happy to leave some feedback for this company! My 1,000 mile move from Las Cruces, NM to Baton Rouge, LA went off without a hitch. Jarod's crew took their time to individually wrap my extensive dinner and serveware the day before the move. I was so impressed during our unpack that not a single item was broken. I have very large glass china cabinets and the guys got them on and off the truck like pros. If my work decides to relocate me again, I am going to go out of my way to make sure Voyage Moving takes care of my move!
