I had an outstanding experience with North American Van Lines, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free, largely thanks to our incredible driver, Tony. His attention to detail, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made all the difference. Tony handled our belongings with care, ensured everything was packed and delivered perfectly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. His professionalism and positive attitude are the reason we’ll be using North American Van Lines again for any future moves. Five stars all the way!

The team did a fantastic job with our move! They were very professional, nice, communicative, and so easy to work with. Our movers were clearly experienced, worked quickly, and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. They also offered different options to help us save money, which we really appreciated. On top of that, their quote was more affordable than others we received, and they were much easier to work with, way more polite and punctual than other companies we got estimates from. One negative part of our experience was we really did not like the crating company that was subcontracted for our move. They were disorganized and unprofessional, the coordinator didn’t know what they were doing, and they were difficult to work with. I recommend that North American Van Lines stop subcontracting that crating company or get them to improve their services.
