These movers were terrible. From the Hat to Foothills region. Showed up with an unmarked truck and a tin trailer. Unprofessional in carrying bins and boxes. So rough with bins broke their sealing tape! They had a third party hidden in the back of their truck supposedly to give him a ride to Brooks. My recumbent portable bike electronics was smashed. They stopped at another City supposedly to gas up. Showed up way behind me. 6 months open some boxes and lots of missing items. I would not ever recommend them.

I was very specific that I needed a large truck (5 ton) and someone with experience moving slate pool tables...I even sent pictures to Rob Bates (owner) so he would know what the job entailed. He said he had a 5 ton truck and many years of experience moving pool tables...both claims proved to be false.

He insisted on a deposit (first time a mover has ever asked me for one). On moving day, he showed up more than an hour late with a pickup truck and trailer...found out later he hasn't had a big truck for at least three years! I of course couldn't find another mover on such short notice, so the move began.

It took them TWO full days and cost a $1000+ above what I usually pay (I moved just a little over a year ago and it took one full day and cost $1200 less)! Rob said I had to pay for the first day before they finished the job or they wouldn't show up on the second day...I tried again to find another company that night, had NO luck, so I paid him...thankfully? they showed up, but kind of a slimy thing to do. A lot of my furniture was damaged, several gouges in walls and I found several pieces of hardware belonging to my pool table laying on the floor! I took a level to the table and it is so far out, that I need to hire someone to fix it!

I had every box labelled (huge writing on both ends) and even labelled the rooms because I have a bad back and needed the boxes to go into their respective rooms...didn't work.

This whole move was horrible and if you have read this far, please don't take a chance on this company! My bad for not reading the reviews first, but I never thought someone would be so slimy! This is the first time I have not tipped my movers and couldn't wait for them to leave.

Run...as fast as you can! Firstly, they don't have a truck, only an 18 ft trailer. Then they send a woman in her fifties who couldn't carry heavy items up the stairs and a 20 yr old who did nothing but complain. Then charges an extra $20/hr to get the owner to help. They busted my brand new $700 cabinet, threw the piece of busted wood inside the cabinet and never bother to tell me.
They charged me over $1,100.00 to move from the south side to North side., and I don't have alot of stuff, 2 bdrm uner 1000sq. ft. They do not cover your carpets either like most companies, so if you move in the rain...you're screwed!! Please, don't ever use this company, save yourself the headache and money. I just wish someone had warned me before hiring them My loss your gain.

I am shocked there are any positive reviews and judging by the timelines the business owner likely had friends and family leave 5 stars.

We used them in 2022 and when I say they DESTROYED almost every piece of furniture we own I make no exaggeration.

Brand New TV was smashed (the movers new this as they left it wrapped in a moving blanket to hide.
Multiple dressers
Multiple beds
Brand New Crib
Brand New Rocking chair
Couch
Countless breakable household items
They also stained many fabrics because they did not wrap furniture prior to put it in truck.

The movers showed up with no supplies and multiple hours late each day. They took no care in wrapping and it ended up with us having to pack 50% of the house ourselves (which we did not pay for). Under the instructions of the owner Rob, the mover held our final truck load hostage until we made payment so we could not inspect any items. Rob, tried to blame us for his employee being hours later because the companies shitty van was not working properly, them not communicating they were going to be hours late and no one being at the house when they showed up 4 hours later (logic at its finest). Rob lacks integrity and any morals to address the issue, gave us the run around for months and felt because he gave us a credit (for work not performed) there should be no further compensation. Unfortunately BBB cannot do much as Rob refused to address the claim (thus a terrible rating with BBB). The effort to go through claims court would not be worth is. Pay more money, it is not worth the damage that will be done to your belongings.

showed up with a "truck" (little trailer pulled by a pickup) that was way too small for our 4 bedroom home. 3 people. The lady was smoking lost of the time and barely did anything the entire time. The other 2 had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They broke all of our beds and dressers. Dented the walls in our new construction home. Left wood furniture out in the rain, expected us to buy them food. Drove 10k an hour. Made me carry half the stuff in my vehicle and kept saying "we don't move lamps" we don't move this or that. Took them 12 hours to do half the house and complained the entire time. Said they would come back tomorrow and left stuff out overnight. (I told them not to come back) Ate all my snacks. Constantly sitting around and on their phones. Asking us to borrow Chargers and use our stuff. At the new house got mad that I wanted the labeled boxes places in the correct rooms. Kept saying it was "impossible to move things into the house that were really easy for example a bookshelf the was just a regular bookshelf. I had to guide them through it... the owner gave a "discount" for the small truck and offered to fix our stuff. But our stuff needs to be replaced. You can't "fix" soaked wood furniture. You can't "fix" a king sized mattress that was dragged through the dirt. You can't "fix a microwave oven that was dropped. You can't "fix a bed frame that has been snapped. Owner ignored all of my complaints and tried to justify their breaks with *in alberta the law for workers break times is blah blah blah. That doesn't matter to me. That's your issue to pay them. Not mine. I did most of the work. Are you gonna pay me too?
