Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Showed up on time,Friendly and for the most part careful with the furniture except for two items they denied breaking.They're lack of experience showed . The manager had justwo years experience and Movers less. In a number of occasions had to tell them how to get furniture through the doors. They spent more time in the truck planning how to pack it Was quoted 5 to 6 hours and it turned into almost 9 and $500 more. Didnt like when i told them I wasn't paying for They're lack of experience..

We needed a bunch of stuff removed from our old residence as soon as possible. (Emergency move) I got a call early in the morning, that afternoon some movers arrived and took everything out for us. They were quick, efficient, professional.I highly recommend this company for your moving or removal needs! Do not under any circumstances hire this company! If I could give zero stars I'd have to borrow one first. There was nothing big hearted about either of the small men that showed up at my house. They were decidedly unfriendly and condescending. I've never seen grown men move slower. Even the neighbours came over after and told me how much they stood around outside doing nothing while loading my container. I moved out a two story house and had moved every single box to the main floor to save the movers trips up and down the stairs. Sold off most of the furniture. And the few items they had to move up or down stairs was slow and painful. One guy banged a bed frame on every single hardwood step on the way down and out of the house. I was quoted $500-$750 and the final cost was almost double at $1200. Plus no option to skip the tip on the POS system so $1300. I left an $800 upright freezer behind because they couldn't get it through a doorway. It was delivered a few years ago with no problem. I do not recommend this company unless you're looking for movers who will teach you patience, humility and the true meaning of "maybe I should have just done it myself". If so, then 2 small men with big hearts is part of your spiritual journey.
