Highly recommend working with this Two Men office for any moving needs! They made sure a large donation was delivered promptly and safely to the Golisano's Children's Hospital. The staff was so professional and they made sure to confirm all details before the move. During the move, William and Alex were very professional and quick. Can't recommend their team enough! Thank you Two Men, you really are the "Movers who care".
Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Cameron and Austin were exceptional! On time, friendly, courteous, and highly professional. They packed everything extremely well and treated my belongings with care and respect the entire time. Their efficiency and attention to detail were impressive, and they maintained a positive attitude throughout the move. What really sets them apart is that this was a 3rd-floor apartment move in 6-degree weather, and they handled it without a single complaint, slowdown, or shortcut. They just got it done and done right. On top of the excellent service, this company was significantly less expensive than other movers I contacted and offered more services. No hidden fees, no stress, just honest pricing and outstanding work. This was easily the smoothest move I’ve ever had.Highly recommend this company. If you get Cameron and Austin, you’re in very good hands.
Absolutely the BEST there is. Communications from start to finish were amazing. Everyone from Ashley, to Adam, to Luke, and most definitely Jason and Phillip were polite, friendly, courteous, and concise! Phone calls were answered promptly, and follow-up calls made as necessary. Then there is the price…I’m amazed they can do so much work for such little cost. Everything was packed perfectly and handled with care. Jason and Phillip are a perfect team and are fast, hardworking men. They handled rosewood (heavy-ass wood) furniture as if it were pinewood (light-ass wood). Very impressive!
My two men were Austin and Rodney, they were professional and we were more than pleased with the move. I have already booked them again this time for my son’s move, so yes I would and am using them again. I highly recommend Two Men And a Truck.Happy Client: Deborah Rockey, Richmond, KY
THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE MARIETTA, GA LOCATION/ HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH LEXINGTON,KY FRANCHISE ~Extremely unprofessional from local franchises to corporate. Tricked me ( Bill Richards) into packing( fragile & paintings) so their insurance would cover…interstate move from Marietta, GA to Lexington, KY. The head of the crew, Antonio, pressured tips upon arrival & request lunch to be provided. Went as far to follow to an ATM for tip before departure. Arrived a day late( when called Antonio, at 5:30 pm day to arrive wondering where they were, responded laughing, having cocktails at the hotel) and stored in garage until home remodel was completed.( Again , tips pressured & were given $600) I immediately contacted Bill Richards when I was able to begin unpacking with the damage including photos, he ask for me to complete unpacking before contacting Delvin.. the man that apparently claims to wear all the hats there… too busy to deal with me and I was over the time he claims that he was contacted. NOT TRUE, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND CORPORATE WAS NO HELP. Don’t ask for Jen at corporate.
