The guys were nice and showed up on time. However, a few items were damaged, the worst being the refrigerator. I moved it into my house by myself, without any damage. The only way to get it to fit through the front door was to take the doors off. I know from experience and shared this with the movers. Instead, they took the handles off and forced it, damaging it and everything in its path. The front door is scratched, the drywall is damaged. The fridge has dents all over it, and the worst part is the freezer handle is completely broken off, and cannot be repaired due to the attachment point being broken.Really disappointed.
I had an excellent experience with Two Men and a Truck! The front office staff were friendly and efficient, making the scheduling process a breeze. The movers arrived on time and worked incredibly quickly, handling my belongings with great care. I was impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their service. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience with Two Men and A Truck. The process was seamless from start to finish, beginning with setting up the appointment on their user-friendly online platform. Our three movers, Martelle, Raul, and Markese, were incredibly efficient, professional, and approachable. They made our moving day stress-free and smooth. Highly recommend!
Our Two Men and a Truck crew did a great job for us on our two bedroom move. Justin and Dylan went above and beyond, despite weather, dolly setbacks, and multiple top floor staircases. The guys worked tirelessly and efficiently to make sure our items were stored well and unloaded with care. They treated our items like they were their own and even had the truck set up and waiting at our new apartment before we arrived. I would highly recommend them and Two Men and a Truck services to anyone looking to have their belongings moved the right way.
I hired 2 Men And A Truck Livermore to move me from my SF apartment to storage in June. My movers recommended I use 2 Men & A Truck’s storage facility. When we arrived at their facility, it was an empty, dirty room in their office with orange, plastic, fencing between it and an adjoining room. Definitely not ideal, but it had a lock on the door, and the move was so expensive I couldn’t afford to have them move me somewhere else.3 mons later, I called to schedule time to drop off items before I left the state the following week for 6-8 mons. On this call, the office manager informed that their building had been sold, and that I had to move! I was happy to move if they found me a comparable storage unit, and moved me into it. She agreed and not long after, emailed me 1 not comparable storage option. When I explained this wouldn’t work, she told me comparable units were hard to find, but that if I found 1 in their region, they’d move me into it. Not only had Two Men And A Truck dropped an emergency in my lap, but also the prospect of paying for a move 3 mons after paying to move into storage - meaning I would eventually have to pay for a 3rd move when ready to move into my permanent residence. All because I stored with 2 Men and A Truck.Tried to reach the office over the next few days via email, phone and voicemail - no response. By the time I finally got ahold of the office manager it was 2 days before my out of state move. By this time I had found my own storage unit. She confirmed they would move me, and said she’d blocked Fri morning the very first day we spoke (1 wk prior). She called again to confirm my 9:45 Fri move, and asked if it would be ok with me if they moved my stuff out of my storage unit onto the truck Thurs evening. I gave them permission. On Fri, at 7:30 am as I was leaving to drive the 2 hrs to meet the movers, I got a call from a mover saying that my 10:30 move (it was 9:45) had been rescheduled. And because “it was dropped on our calendars the day before,” they couldn’t accommodate me because “they don’t have a truck.” I explained that this wasn’t possible because the office manager had told me she put it on the calendar last week, and that my stuff had been loaded on a truck the night before. Both, he said, were untrue, and now Sat - the day of my out of state move - was the soonest they could get around to moving me. I told them it needed to happen today as I was promised, and was told he would get back to me. By mid-morning I hadn’t heard anything, and decided to go to their office. When I got to their office, I walked to my storage unit and saw someone else’s stuff inside! And someone else’s name on a sign on the door with a move-in date 27 days after I had moved my belongings into that space! My stuff was sitting in BOXES around their office! I asked when my stuff was moved and was told it was boxed the day before. However, I later asked the guy who told me he had personally boxed my belongings, and he said he’d moved it “several days ago.” It appeared that someone else and I were both paying 2 Men And A Truck for the same storage space - shady at best, fraud at worst. And my stuff (including my personal files with tax returns, etc) were sitting unlocked in their office.I let the mover & office manager know my things needed to be in a locked facility. They agreed to start loading at 6 PM to move me into my new unit. Unfortunately, my & every other unit in a 40 min radius closed by the time they finished. And after the mover spent the entire day telling me to move me on Sat, they were suddenly not available until Sun. My stuff was left to sit on their truck in the hot sun, and I had to delay my out of state move by 2 days. This company is TOTAL CHAOS! The blatant lying, complete disrespect for me and my belongings, and breach of contract in moving my stuff from a locked unit without even communicating with me, and charging me and someone else for the same space is downright shady – if not fraud. NEVER doing business with 2 Men and a Truck again!
