One Extra Guy delivered my couch and it was a great experience. The delivery was on time and within the allotted time slot. I liked how you get a link to track your delivery so you can be prepared for when they are on their way to your home. The delivery guys were friendly and quick with bringing in all the packages the couch came in.
They set up an delivery appointment 2 days ahead of time, gave me a delivery window, and I was able to track their progress thru the day to see how close they were. Once I was next up they called and told me they would be about 10 min.They arrived on time and were fast unloading my delivery and bringing it to my unit.I wish all delivery companies had this kind of customer service and tracking visibility. I would highly recommend
I got a dining table delivered by “One Extra Guy” - everything went very well. The table has a VERY heavy granit top. The two men carried it into my house carefully and professionally and upon assembling it every piece was spotless.I am a very satisfied customer and thank Ryan and his colleague for their service. Keep up the good work!
These guys were awesome! They made the delivery incredibly quick and kept everything clean and organized. The weather was brutal, and I know I was the last stop after a long day of delivering furniture in a winter storm, but they were still and so kind and courteous. Their customer service was truly top notch. Huge thank you to the delivery team!
Ryan and the 'Extra Guy' delivered my furniture yesterday. I can only describe them as professional and thoughtful. They insisted on removing their shoes with furniture in their hands, even after I being told it was only a bit of snow, so dont worry. Thanks Guys for doing a superb job.
