So I moved from California to Texas, a few items were missing, at the moment of the delivery we noticed 1 item missing, even the driver mentioned, it was the ladder on my girls bunk bed however we taught we would find it after unpacking the boxes, the next day once we were done unpacking we realized we were missing more that 1 item so I contacted the company, they asked me to fill out a claim, I did, a few weeks past and they pretty much said that because we sign the papers when they delivered our items that there is nothing they can do, now my advice to anyone moving, don't sign the paper work when they deliver to you, because there is no way you are going a realize if you are missing something within 30 minutes which is how long they took to unload our items, I wish I realized this before signing up on delivery.
