We recently completed a very large, complex project that required a full move-out and move-in a total of four days needed on site — and Moving Geeks exceeded every expectation. The owner, Mark, was on-site all four days and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Our job involved a lot of moving parts: multiple contractors, x-ray equipment technicians, patients and a tight schedule that needed precise coordination. Before any moving even began, Mark met with us, recorded every detail, and created a plan to ensure all our contractors could stay on schedule. That preparation made all the difference.

During the move, the entire Moving Geeks team was incredible. They brought in a designated organizer to manage the size and complexity of the project, labeled where every item belonged, and on move-in day placed everything back exactly where it needed to go. Their attention to detail was unmatched.

As anyone who has ever moved — especially in the middle of a construction project — knows, things don’t always go perfectly on the first try. We had our share of changes and hiccups, but Mark rolled with every curveball. Whenever something wasn’t perfect, he made it right immediately. His commitment to taking care of us never wavered.

If we had to do it all over again, we would choose Moving Geeks every single time. Their professionalism, planning, flexibility, and genuine care for their clients set them apart. Highly recommend!

I SHOULD HAVE NEVER USED THEM. Charged $50/HR for a kid who hadn’t started high school. Tried to bully me into paying more. They cost thousands in damaged furniture and other items. They did not provide any reimbursement.

Scheduled move for 9:30 and they rescheduled time a couple days before the move. Arrived later than scheduled and up finishing around 11 PM.

Tried to bully me into paying an undisclosed and unmentioned piano fee. I confirmed the prices prior via text and it was never disclosed. They got very aggressive with me when I refused to pay the fee.

They initially sent only three people and said nobody was available. Then they sent via Uber a kid out (he cost me $50/HR). Around 10 PM, he told me he was starting school the next day. He said he was going to be a freshman in high school. They charged me $50/HR for a kid probably 14 years old.

The crew was unprofessional. They called me a “pendejo” (idiot) multiple times, not knowing I knew what that meant.

The worst part was the damage to our furniture. When I reached out to them, they asked me to send photos and said they would make it right. Then they ghosted me.

I wish I had used another company.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and positive attitude. Moving can be stressful, but they truly made it a smooth and stress-free process. Their pricing was also very fair compared to other companies I looked at, with no hidden fees.
