Talk about the DREAM TEAM!!! I use three exclamation points because Ilbert, Dim, and Tiago each deserve their own! I can’t say enough amazing things about SOS Movers and the hard-working, diligent, professional moving crew members they dispatched for me. From the beginning my experience was pleasant even when I was in the early days of pricing several companies. I managed to get a lovely attendant on the phone on the first try who really walked me slowly through my options for moving journey from one part of Los Angeles county to another. I ended up needing to rearrange my plans around some stressful events in my life and SOS Movers managed to accommodate me two weeks early! When I had anxiety about completing the project in four or five hours’ time, SOS worked with me to price a potential additional crew member and it ended up being the best possible decision. Ilbert, Dim, and Tiago were not only on time when it came to the hour long arrival window, they texted me ahead of time to let me know their ETA. I gave a quick tour/run-down of the space and what needed to be moved or packed up versus what could stay behind and every instruction was followed meticulously. We were all cylinders firing within 15 minutes! Once we got to the new location we learned we couldn’t get the truck behind the gate! I was so worried, but no problem too big to solve. The can-do and WILL-do attitude of my movers immediately agreed they’d carry and scooter every single item (we’re talking bed frames, mattresses, dining room set, a coffee table, etc.) from the road to my new space…and did I mention I was on the third floor without an elevator? I was so touched by the incredible effort, kindness, and care with my belongings by all who came together to make the morning moving adventure a total success.

Ilbert and his crew were amazing! I needed to pack and move my 2-bedroom apartment so I hired 4 movers from SOS. Ilbert was communicative, prompt, and easy to work with. They worked efficiently moving my things from a 2-story, without a scratch. No wasting time, and very careful with my furniture and belongings. Very happy with this service, especially considering the hourly rate. I paid cash so I saved a few buck on the fees.
