The guys were extremely professional and very nice. They were delivering furniture that I had ordered from Arhaus. They worked very hard despite the frigid temperatures, and took great care when entering my home. They had boot covers which they put on and off each time they entered the house, and put protective cloths down to protect my hardwood floors! Extremely pleased!!!
An amazing company from start to finish! Our relocation consultant, Robert, was wonderful, and our packing and loading teams were so courteous and efficient! Highly recommend! (And don’t forget to tip them well, ‘cause they will really work hard for you in your move!)
My move went overall very smoothly. Very professional and courteous and I appreciated that all of my things were labeled and I was able to check them off one by one upon delivery. All of my things seem to be handled with care and nothing major was broken or damaged. The estimated time of arrival was a bit frustrating but have realized this may be standard across the all long-distance movers. All in all a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Berger Allied to a friend!
I used this Allied Moving company in Louisville in early fall 2023, and they were EXCELLENT. We had a big 5 bedroom/3k sq Ft home, so I was nervous, but pleasantly surprised at how easy this company was to work with. Robert “Bob” Arnold came over and did a quick estimate. The price was great, so I accepted. Rachel Allen seemed to be my main contact person and she was also a pleasure to make arrangements. I even got really sick and had to postpone the move at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. Everything arrived across the country from Louisville, KY to Cancouver, WA, without incident, or breakage. Very pleased with price and service. Highly recommended!
