Tony and his crew did an excellent and efficient job delivering our things. They made sure to help us put together all our furniture and took all the paper and boxes which was awesome.

I wanted to share my experience with Coleman Moving. I had used them two times before and everything was seamless, but this time it was a nightmare.We contracted them to move a retail store. They sent a representative (Keith) out to look at the items to be moved.He did not list everything on his paper because he said “it’s not necessary since this is by the hour and small things don’t matter, only large heavy things. We only had a heavy cash wrap and one rectangular table. We had moved all of the boxes, glass and small fragile items.We were on a strict deadline to get moved out by December 31st and this move was scheduled on the 29th.They showed up (3 crew members) and started to load items.Then the team leader said they could not move anything not on the list. The above mentioned items were of course vital to the move.We called the office and spoke to their team manager, JACYNTHIA.She talked down to us with no customer service skills at all.She told us she was not moving what was not on the list and kept saying “we don’t move pictures and mirrors” after we repeatedly told her we were moving those items.When I told her I was going to call her boss and report this she told me she was pulling her team and not moving us. She HUNG UP ON ME. The team was so embarrassed and had to unload the truck.I then called to speak to the DM ( Stephen Simpson) and he has never returned my call. I called him three days in a row. These few employees will ruin this business!We had to quickly find another mover and thankfully CARDINAL MOVING came to the rescue. They were fabulous and moved us on the 30th. The manager was kind and the team was awesome.And, THEY WERE LESS EXPENSIVE and moved everything for us.I wanted you to know this problem we had so you don’t get yourself in a jam with Coleman.
The same person that brought our UAB when we moved to Radcliff was the same person who packed our UAB for another PCS. Sandor and his team were great! They were polite, respectful, and very professional. When you get to work with good people it takes away some of the stress that comes with PCS. Thank you Sandor!Update: Tony and his crew packed our Household Goods shipment to move overseas and I only have wonderful things to say. The communication was amazing and it was nice to see the team working together with such positive attitudes. They worked with a smile even when it was cold and raining with no complaints. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Tony, you went above and beyond and I wanted to thank you and the rest of your team.
Bryan and David and their crew were just hands-down phenomenal. They had a lot to do in a very short amount of time and always remained professional, friendly, respectful, and were extremely efficient While being caring of our things. This is the second time I’ve had an opportunity to work with Bryan And I can tell you that I was thrilled when I saw him get out of the truck.
