This review is specifically for the packing and loading guys- Dakota, Ingo, and Chris. While I had my concerns regarding office personnel, I was SO impressed with these three guys!!From the moment Dakota called to let me know he was on his way, to the final closing of the truck door- they were AMAZING!! It was a stressful time, but they got me through it.They had a “can do” attitude, they were professional and very efficient! They are outstanding!!!
I cannot thank highly enough how the Armstrong moving company did my out of state moving. They packed my stuff carefully and was delivered all in one piece without damage, from wrapping it up all the way to setting all of it up in my new place. Was not able to get the name of the packing crew but they were quick and careful, Allison which was the relocation specialist was on board and top of the communication, and also Dalton and the other guy (sorry didnt get the name) who unpacked my stuff. They are very helpful, took very good care of my things and most of all the communication was good. Highly recommended. Thanks Armstrong!
Armstrong picked up our patio furniture for storage over the winter. Crew was polite and professional, called us ahead when they were on their way and arrived on time. They took extra care with our goods even though it was outdoor furniture which was impressive. Dakota, was the team lead and was very courteous. I would highly recommend Armstrong for moving and storage needs.
They did OK; cross-country (~1900 mile move)...couple things of note though: 1) we agreed to the price and I promptly paid that price; however, AFTER the fact, I get an email for an updated invoice that has me pay an additional charge. No explanation, just a new amount...wasn't much, but that isn't the point. I WAS 100% charged more, after-the-fact; 2) Couple items were damaged (or broken) as well as some dings in the walls that will have to be repaired. ALL of these were documented at signoff and completely detailed in a post-survey, yet zero (0) follow-up, not even a "sorry to hear that". We also didn't do physical inventory count of boxes (waived that because we had hundreds and hundreds of boxes and they were bringing them in so incredibly fast it was not reasonable to have them enter 1 box at a time), but couple boxes are missing and no way to recover. All-in-all, again, these folks are OK, but lost boxes, damaged pieces, damage to property, no follow-up, and all-of-a-sudden new charges for "who knows, no explanation given" make these guys merely OK at best...
