Our move to this point has been exceptional. It is difficult to move out of state after so many years in Fort Collins. Ilan and his entire staff have been understanding, patient and oh so helpful. We packed many of our items ourselves and they made sure we had the boxes and supplies that we needed. We didn’t know how to pack some items and they gave us instruction. John and Vincente did a fantastic job. They’re professional, polite, thorough, and very hard workers. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was properly wrapped and ready for storage, and they were very careful with all of our fragile items. Our moving crew was led by Mike (Junior), John, Oscar, and Fabricio. They were a great team who worked quickly but carefully. There was no loss, damage, or confusion about what was to go where. I appreciated them checking with us to be sure they understood what we wanted and were happy with their work. Wow wow wow!! Truly outstanding, exceptional moving experience. Frank, Mike Jr., Jimmy, Jose, Oscar and Pancho really cared and went way above and beyond. We’re so grateful to them. We consolidated belongings from several different sites, including family heirlooms, resulting in multiple moves with various combinations of these Exodus crews. Through it all they were unfailingly careful, kind, pleasant and helpful, even with the most difficult loads in difficult places. Not only were no items damaged, at all, but no floors were scratched and no doorways were chipped. Great care was taken in every way at every step, starting with big thick moving blankets carefully wrapped around every piece, and lamps and breakables carefully packed. They put pads down on our floors to protect them from dirt. These considerate, highly communicative gentlemen and their excellent, responsive office staff made these the best moving experiences in 50 years. Can’t say enough good about Exodus, Frank, Mike Jr, Pancho, Jimmy, Oscar and Jose. They’ve restored our faith in people, and we respect them for caring about others. Friends forever. ??
