Madison Smooth Moves was hired to help my mother in-law move on Monday May 5. The two person crew showed up on-time and proved to be just great. Both were professional, very friendly, polite, and personable.The team was meticulous in wrapping the furniture in pads before moving it. They were respectful of the property. I must say that even the heaviest pieces - there's always at least one that feels like it should have been moved using a crane :-) - proved to be no challenge.At the destination the guys were marvelous. The told mom and my wife to just sit by and relax. If the crew had questions, and there always are, they'd let them know. Delivery went smoothly, beds got re-assembled efficiently, and there was no mess to clean up!When it was time to pay, the best news of all was that the bill came in UNDER the estimate. Great job MSM. I'll definitely recommend you to people moving in southern Wisconsin. You're fantastic.
