What really stood out was their flexibility; they showed up on a Sunday without any hassle, which was a lifesaver for our busy schedule.
The team—Andy, Jesus, Chance, Gordan, Ismael, and Jay—was incredibly professional and courteous. They were absolute gentlemen, treating my wife and nanny with the utmost respect and kindness throughout the day. Everything was packed so securely—no dings, scratches, or worries about fragile items. They transported it all effortlessly, working like a well-oiled machine as a team to get the job done efficiently and on time.

Given that I am currently paying out of pocket $400 to fix a couch the movers destroyed I am writing this review a little bit heated. I have an expensive leather couch that needed to be moved to my fourth floor apartment - there is an elevator - however part of the couch did not fit in the elevator and unfortunately had to be walked upstairs. Instead of waiting for one of the 3 guys who had been hired to help lift the couch. A worker took it upon himself to drag my couch up cement stairs taking out chunks of the leather. Not only that but my bed had boards drug across cement damaging the wood.

I filed a claim and never heard back from anyone at this company. I called and received no answer. I even paid for the junk removal services and asked one of the guys to have the owner of this franchise get in contact with me. Of course no response. At this point I am washing my hands of this company. They suck, I would never recommend them.
