The guys don't label or miss label boxes. Then, keep the wrong boxes in the storage unit. Thanks for the waste I found 3 months later. They are overpriced. *Edit added to the original review. Did not think that I would have to do this. Let's start by saying that your response is riddled with LIES and DECEIT! So let's address the LIES! No, we where not quoted for just a 6 hour move. ALL PARTYS KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE A 3 DAY PROCESS. Your entire crew, FRIS, and my family knew it was a 3 day event. Day 1: help and finish packing. Day 2: Move contents from house A to house B and the storage unit. Because we choose to stay close to the kids school and Doctors. Yes there where piles of garbage in bags with plastic recycling beside the BAGGED garbage in the kitchen. Yes there was some food on the counter. From cleaning out the fridge and freezer that we did not want to move. I was carrying it to the green waste container. All of this info YOUR CREW was VARY AWARE AS TO WHY THERE WAS SO MUCH GARBAGE heading to the dump. They seen the size of the SMALL SHARDED GARBAGE CAN. All 4 of my kids at the time and currently are still in diapers. The older two children are diagnosed Autistic. Rebecca was having SEVERE Pregnancy complications+ has health issues. My mother inlaw has health issues. I also have my own set of health issues, including a failed spinal fusion. There where also other factors (repairs on 2 vehicles, repairs around the house, driving kids to appointments, driving kids to and from school, Rebecca's various DR appointments, and a HIGH level of care for 4 kids.) All of this was very known to YOUR CREW and the lovely folk at the FRIS. FERTHERMORE if you continued the move solely because of your solid relationship with FRIS. Then WHY DID YOU KEVIN call us everyday looking for payment for the move FOR 3 WEEKS! THATS HARASSMENT KEVIN!! Then after posting this original review of the company. I received harassing phone calls from KEVIN once again for 3-4 weeks offering me $40 to remove the bad review!! So Kevin it's not being very transparent when you spread lies when your crew was very aware of the situation because your Foreman came to the house with our FRIS worker. So they could assess what needed to happen to get us moved. You and your crew also knew my family was on disability. We make a dump run monthly and that's where there was so much around the house. I would have taken all the garbage to the dump if I knew it would have been judged and criticized over this. Even further more... you shouldn't threaten showing up at my house, to remove a bad review. It's really bad business man. Thanks for all the "help" and added stress caused mate.

What a stress relieving experience moving butler was a pleasure right from the very first phone call Kevin the owner was knowledgeable and personable and everything he told me was exactly how our move went. The manager was on our move as it was a big job, he was very professional and also full of knowledge on how to handle our most loved items. we had the company do a complete pack which they did an amazing job everything was handled with care, on move day the men showed up on time took care in wrapping our belongings and loading the truck. The guys were pleasant, funny hardworking and fast. I will never call another moving company again as these guys should write the book on moving. Great job guys 10 stars!!!!!

I had exceedingly high expectations as anyone would when spending money on movers and man oh man these guys are worth every dollar. Jeff and the boys absolutely killed my move yesterday. I had broken my foot the day before the move and they really went above and beyond to make it happen for me by being better than on time and from start to finish these guys worked a lot harder than anyone expects in 2024. I mean this is the type of work ethic this country was built on. Basically a move I thought would've taken most of the day (and would've taken me a week on my own) took these guys a couple hours. Not a few hours. A couple hours. These are the types of people you want to trust your belongings too. They get it done quick, safely, respectfully and they do everything possible and then some to make sure your totally stoked when they're finished. I could go on for ages. I know it might sound like I'm dressing this up a bit, but take my word for it when I tell you that hiring most other moving companies out here makes you a chump. I'll never move myself again. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and a big 'ol wave of the Canadian flag for Moving Butlers ????
