Around The Town Movers & Storage were great! Their pricing is great, their travel fees are very reasonable, and they only require a 2-hour minimum on weekdays. They are so much better than most moving companies that insist on a 3-hour minimum plus an extra hour for travel. Matt and Ricky were our movers, and they did an amazing job. They loaded everything efficiently, stayed within our time window, and handled all of our belongings with care. Overall, a really great experience!
These guys were great! I had another company that I had used previously come the day before and refused to do the job. I called here and they were out first thing the next morning. There were no complaints about the job that was needed. They listened and followed through on all my requests. My furniture was wrapped and padded for protection and the work was completed in a very timely fashion! They made a nightmare into a very peaceful event. I have move 4 times in the last 10 years. While moving is both daunting and overwhelming, my experience with Around the Town Moving & Storage provided phenomenal customer service, reasonable pricing and great care with my belongings. Richard Matz, Sales Manager, was extremely helpful from the very beginning in assessing the size, transportation and manpower needed for my move. He listened well, offered sound suggestions, followed up whenever I reached out with questions and/or provided updates while I was with packing. The Moving Team, Matt, Shaq, Ro & one other gentleman showed up on time and ready to work. They did a thorough walk through and communicated how the move was going to work on both the front end and back end. Richard checked back in once the move was complete to ensure all was well. The front office, Richard Matz and my moving team were all very professional, polite, knowledgeable, communicated well, took great care of my possessions and made this move as seamless as possible. I HIGHLY recommend Around the Town Moving & Storage for all of your moving needs!!!!
