I spoke to Bill and he could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had another mover lined up but boy did that go wrong and I spoke to Bill and he made sure I had NOTHING to worry about. We had to push the day 2x because of the extreme cold in the place I was going and without hesitation he was on it. I can’t thank him enough for making this so smooth. The guys that came to pack the truck also drove it and unpacked it which was a very big plus for me. They were polite, kind, funny and also made me feel very at ease. They left my home in GA on Tuesday late afternoon and were up in my new state (17hrs away) and unloading my stuff on Thursday mid day. These guys were amazing and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Out of the whole truck only 1 small thing got cracked and was an easy fix.I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company. I have had MANY bad movers in my life snd they were the exact opposite.Thank you Bill & the guys for helping me make this move so smooth.
Ive used 2 men and a Truck in the past and have always had a great experience. In courtesy, in the gentle/strong move, and expectations. They accommodated me with my time frame and adjustments. I am calling them back to move furniture!
We move from one apartment to another in the same complex and they did great. Very friendly, fast and professional. Also, very careful -- covered all the furniture pieces with blankets and we had no damage at all. The quoted price was reasonable, and they actually made move quicker and so the final price was even better.
I recently moved an entire household from theSouthside of Atlanta, all the way up to the Kennesaw area using Two Men and a Truck. The office was friendly and easy to communicate with, and our moving team was excellent. We worked with Antonio, Marco, and Frank. They worked quickly and efficiently in both packing up and unpacking the truck. I would recommend that team for any move, as they were quick on their feet with problem solving and attentive to the needs of our more fragile items. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again in the future, and recommend them to anyone I know considering a move.
Extremely unprofessional from local franchises to corporate. Tricked me ( Bill Richards) into packing( fragile & paintings) so their insurance would cover…interstate move from Marietta, GA to Lexington, KY. The head of the crew, Antonio, pressured tips upon arrival & request lunch to be provided. Went as far to follow to an ATM for tip before departure. Arrived a day late( when called Antonio, at 5:30 pm day to arrive wondering where they were, responded laughing, having cocktails at the hotel) and stored in garage until home remodel was completed.( Again , tips pressured & were given $600) I immediately contacted Bill Richards when I was able to begin unpacking with the damage including photos, he ask for me to complete unpacking before contacting Delvin.. the man that apparently claims to wear all the hats there… too busy to deal with me and I was over the time he claims that he was contacted. NOT TRUE, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND CORPORATE WAS NO HELP. Don’t ask for Jen at corporate, no response 4 weeks after sending all correspondence after confirmation email.
