I really don't even know where to begin. I was in an emergency situation, needing to move quickly. They made the WHOLE experience so effortless and easy. Not only were they very pleasant but also very experienced. They are well organized, efficient, patient, and mostly compassionate. The rates were reasonable and the work was phenomenal! I pray I never need them again...but if I should I wouldn't hesitate calling them. I can't say enough incredible things about them.
After driving all day, I arrived to meet the moving truck and two movers (Phil and Rhett) from Marquette Moving Helpers. They were AMAZING! I cannot thank them enough. It was unusually hot and humid so everyone was sweating buckets and yet Phil and Rhett didn't miss a beat. They arrived right on time, got right to it, and were THE BEST movers I've ever worked with. They insisted I not help as they knew they'd knock out unpacking the truck in the unloading time frame I'd already paid for, made sure to ask questions, read the notes on the boxes and were the kindest, most thoughtful movers. After a terrible load up and long drive, it was an immense relief and gift to have Phil & Rhett help unloading the truck. Everything about it including payment at the end was easy as pie, helpful and so worth it. I highly recommend Marquette Moving Helpers and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Don’t bother looking elsewhere! Excellent job and great communication. Couldn’t recommend them more. Our first movers recommended by someone not only didn’t show we rented a truck for nothing $72.00 lost. These guys came totally prepared with everything needed, we only had to show up. Quick, easy and timely.
Brian and Ed came and moved my 2 bedroom townhome, they were polite on time and professional. They were careful of the walls floors and furniture. They loaded a 26 ft truck in a good solid 3 hours. Will be using them for future moves or if I know anyone moving.
They were able to get us in only a week after we got our closing date which saved us tons in rent charges. Even after they moved at least 50% more then we originally intended, their quote was accurate, their price was fair, and they treated my family and our belongings with respect. I will never move again with their help.
