We had a great experience working with Chapa's. They moved us from Mission to San Antonio. Easy to work with. Accommodated us when we needed to change our move date at the last minute. The crew was friendly, helpful, on time ard very hard working. A fun experience. Awesome people.

Getting a quote & scheduling was quick. Movers did a great job, knew what they were doing & up beat. I would recommend when piling the packed boxes on the truck, weight increases be cautious. We had a few pieces of dinnerware broke. Considering what was moved, we still recommend the company.

This moving company used bait-and-switch pricing, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I was clearly quoted $486 for the first 2 hours, with $86 for each additional hour, and I paid a $100 deposit. Based on that quote, I agreed to the service. However, the move ended up taking 7 hours, and during the process it felt like the movers were dragging out the time unnecessarily. At the end of the move, the company suddenly increased the hourly rate to $140 per hour, which was never disclosed or agreed to beforehand. Despite this massive and unjustified Increase, the job was not even completed, yet I was still charged $1,095 total. To make matters worse the movers representative that we spoke on phone with stated they had a "Better Crew" that could finish off the job. Which really raises concerns about the original assigned crew efficiency and quality; especially given the excessive time and cost. Changing the hourly rate at the end of a job and charging more than double the original quote is deceptive and unprofessional. This experience felt like a classic balt-and-switch, and I regret trusting this company. If you value transparent pricing and an honest business practice, look elsewhere.
