Take my advice and never use the MovePros. Tom accepts zero accountability and as soon as he gets your money he won’t talk to you. He showed up with a 28’ trailer and I ended up having to get a U-Haul 20’ to get all my stuff in. He missed the size of my move by 100%. Basically said oh well. Who does that? NEVER USE or you will be sorry! If there was a zero star rating I would have given that.
They will break your stuff, lose your stuff, refuse to answer emails. They will not give you a name or phone number to reach at the "main office". Tom claims to be just a delivery guy that doesn't hold up to any promises and then says "take it up with the owner". DO NOT USE THEM. IT HAS BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS AND THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A FRACTION OF A STAR!
Ed, Devin and Brennan were excellent! From the moment they showed up to the time they left, they were helpful and very careful with all items. I would definitely recommend them over anyone else in the DFW area!
Do not hire these creeps. The bald guy. I think his name was Chad. Was making sexual advances and comments to my 15 year old daughter. She didn’t tell me about it until after they were gone. What a perverted creep.
The Move Pros were an answer to prayer!! We were working on a kitchen renovation and after taking out a wall, realized we didn't know how to haul away all of the debris we had accumulated. Two team members showed up, on time, and worked hard for two full hours to clean up every nail and piece of sheetrock they came across, even going so far as to remove some insulation that had come loose in the ceiling, but hadn't fallen all the way to the floor yet. They were professional, polite, respectful and went above and beyond for us. The quote we received from another company for the job would have cost us more to simply rent the trailer, and would've been about four times as much with labor included, so The Move Pros saved us money and sanity when we needed an abundance of both! Would absolutely recommend and use again for any of our moving needs!
