Booked UBOX for home delivery on the 11th. Called to confirm the date and location a week out, received a text confirmation on the 3rd for home delivery on the 11th.Then day of delivery (one hour before my expected delivery time) got a call asking what time the following day would work. I said it was scheduled for the 11th and I had specifically requested it. Girl said they couldn’t and that it would be delivered the next day because of the holiday. Had the manager call me and he said that they had tried to contact me to switch the date. I received nothing but confirmations for my chosen date. Many things broken when I went to go pick it up myself 2 hours away. Manager told me directly that I wouldn’t get charged for delivery. They then charged me for delivery the next day after I had already unloaded my unit MYSELF.
Buddy did not disappoint. He took the exrra mile to make sure we were satisfied and made our move as smooth as possible. Great communication and follow through.
Everything was wonderful, including the people who helped me. I travel from a town of 150 to a city of 10 million. And several thousand miles. On the longer review that I have submitted, I mentioned three people, but forgot to mention Olivia, whom I never met in person. But who I found her very helpful and personable over the phone. My apologies for that oversight.
