All My Sons was easy to schedule with. The team, Troop: 2605 Branden, DJ, and TJ, arrived right on time and worked both carefully and efficiently. We did have to contact the financial office to correct the originally agreed upon rate which included a discount for scheduling the move well in advance, but that was remedied within minutes. Troop 2605 was polite and diligent in their work completing the job early which saved us money and time. I'm very appreciative for their help as they helped make a potentially stressful move easier.
I have had a very bad experience with this company and was overcharged the first time around. They owed me for a trip that wasn’t completed. When I mentioned it to Sarah, she was very ruled and unprofessional.This second experience was very professional and my furniture was handled with care and consideration by Robert and his helper. Sorry I didn’t get your name.Overall I want use this company again.
I would not recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage to anyone. This was one of the worst service experiences I've had.The crew arrived 90 minutes outside the agreed window with no meaningful explanation. Once the truck finally pulled up, things went downhill fast. The helper was acting erratically and visibly impaired. While I was trying to get the move started, he went to the bathroom and then came outside, laid down on the sidewalk, and started scrolling on his phone. The driver was smoking outside my garage. I had photos of both.Because of the crew's condition, I had no choice but to reschedule my entire move.When I contacted the company to address what happened, they were dismissive and gave me a hard time about honoring a discount for their failure to deliver the service I paid for. After all of that, they offered me a $50 discount, which is insulting given that I had to reschedule my entire moving day.I have photos documenting everything. This company wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and failed to take accountability. Save yourself the headache and choose a different moving company.
Truck 2605 Chris and Will are by far the fastest and nicest moving dudes I’ve worked with in a while. They’re strong, hardworking and very courteous. They went beyond the mile to help my best friend and I move our stuff to the storage unit and even accommodated us when we got lost haha. 100% recommend these guys and when it’s time to move our stuff again, you know we calling Chris and Will ONLY!!!(We got the storage unit number wrong and they made sure that we were okay and got it fixed for us quickly)
Canceled Move, Damaged Furniture, and Unprofessional Service: Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable — Would Not RecommendMy experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver “lost his license,” asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license—an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed.I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me—directly or indirectly—despite their promise to do so.This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. I strongly advise others to avoid using All My Sons Moving & Storage to prevent similar stress and frustration.I would give 0 stars if it were possible!(Some parts of the review are using the same phrases I used in the BBB complaint.)
