Terrible service, my request was simple. Please cover the mattresses with the plastic covers I bought and wrap the furniture, so nothing would be broke or damaged in moving. They had one guy on staff that seemed to care about wrapping the couches. Most of the things I requested to be handled with care was not. Had several things that was damaged in the move. You know the saying you get what you pay for? I wish I would have chosen another company. Don't make my mistake. The owner was very rude, and even told staff to grab a few of my personal items, that wasn't going to the storage unit and put it on the moving truck without asking me about it. It was ridiculous and very unprofessional. I only moved less than 5 miles from my home and still was charged over $800 for scratched, damaged, and broken items that were not originally like that. Even my washer machine had a huge patch of paint off of it. They claim to do such a good job maybe only for certain people, because that's not what I received.
I reached out to Gold Mouth for a next day move. They confirmed within an hour. They arrived just a few minutes late, but notified me of that in advance. They were fast, efficient, and much less than the competitors in price. I paid on line, after the move was completed and all is well. I give them 5 stars , and highly recommend them. Great job. Black business, professional, and good customer service.
These young men were very professional and took care of my furniture. This is my second time using a moving company and I was so scared. The professionalism goes along way. The only true con I have is they didn’t wrapped my leather furniture like I was used to but other than that I would definitely recommend and use them again!!
My service was great. Mr. Goldmouth was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and he and his crew came in and took care of all my moving needs. They handled everything with care on a scale of 1-10 I would most likely give them 100
