Robert Matthews packed me up in 1 day when it was scheduled for 2. I was just a 4.5 hour trip away and he asked if I wanted it delivered the next day. DO NOT LET JOEL THOMPSON MOVE YOU!!! He damaged and lost so many items it is unreal. He improperly packed literally everything in my house. They allocated 3 days for him to pack my house. He did it in one day and it shows. Every single box was packed as if as soon as a box was assembled people from every room in the house came and put items in that one box. Everything was mislabeled. Over half the items didn't even have item number tags. Then he forgot to bring some of our stuff on delivery day and had to come back and deliver those items. This move was a nightmare. Hopefully the claims process for all the lost and damaged items goes smoother than the move did.
