They were probably the most mindful and kind movers we’ve had! Which says a lot considering how many times we’ve moved. They were prompt, efficient, and helped us unload our PODs in a very timely. We’d hire them again when the next need arises for sure!
Harley and Joe did a wonderful job. They unpacked a trailer into a pod for me. Everything was packed tightly so it didn't shift. They placed a glass table top, a TV, and an electronic board for a treadmill, so that everything made it without any damage.I would recommend A Moving Company to anyone needing help moving. Harley did a great job.
Great Price, nice people, hard workers and very accommodating as well as understanding and listening to me as the customer on how I wanted to load things and where I wanted them placed. They handled with care. One guy coulda moved a little faster or carried something in both hands when unloading rather than making trips with one free hand but I know it's exhausting work especially when moving to a second floor unit. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.
excellent work, Reese and Harley did. They were super fast, super careful, and very friendly! We had to unload 2 Uhaul trucks; 10 footer & 15 footer, into a storage space and they did it exceptionally. My husband, Bruce G and I were very impressed on their professionalism. Highly recommend and definitely be calling them back when we need to move our stuff again. Thank you.
Very bad experience with A Moving. Two men showed up to pack UHaul we had rented. We could not use their truck as we needed to store our belongings for 7 days. We were only moving from North Meridian to South Meridian, total of 11 miles. I was told it would take approximately 3 hours to load. First problem they had was our sofa upstairs would not fit down stairwell, no tape tape measure to see if it would fit, instead they tried. After realizing legs needed to be removed from sofa. Again no tools to remove legs from sofa. Walls dinged and scratched. As they were loading boxes a wheel fell off the hand truck. Again no tools to repair. Good thing I had tools to lend A Moving. The loading took 4 hours to complete. We drove the truck to new location so A Moving could unload UHaul truck. I got to location early and I started unloading a few items. The more I unloaded I realized what a terrible job they did loading. I packed 3 TV’s in boxes that are clearly marked do not lay flat. Furniture not protected with blankets. Garden tools stacked on furniture and leather recliner with no protection. I ended up unloading half the truck my self to try and minimize damage. It took the two men approximately 90 minutes to unload remainder of truck. I still paid two hour minimum. I sent A-Moving pictures showing how truck was loaded and was told they would refund 10%. Well it been two months and no refund. They did send someone to repair damaged furniture. The repairs were OK but not like before damage. I have attached a few pictures showing their handy work. No I could not recommend this company.Update: Owner did reply agreeing to refund. Owner did call me and left message to call her back. I replied with text that I didn't need to talk anymore and she could simply mail my refund check. Well she must have dropped the ball again as it has been a month and no refund check. My guess is I would get refund if I remove my review. That is one way business retain their 4-5 star reviews.
