BustNMoves Moving Company

This review is long overdue but I just saw the BustNMoves moving truck while I was out and about today and it reminded me of the excellent service we received and that I had forgotten to share. I intended to write this review in May when we moved to Boise from Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. I’ve worked at a fortune 50 company for the last 20 years and I can say with confidence that BustNMoves is doing something right when it comes to hiring and talent management. Our experience continues to be the best customer service interaction we’ve had since moving to Boise. What a nice welcome!

We set up our move with Jenny over the phone and she was exceptional. She was quick, knowledgeable and helped us by setting accurate pricing and service expectations. We ran into multiple issues the day of our move which resulted in us arriving much later than expected. Our move was planned Friday morning but we didn’t arrive until late Friday evening. Jenny stayed in touch with us the whole time and updated her team. The young gentlemen who unloaded our truck, Carlos and Ethan were so patient and understanding. I’m sure they had better things to do on a Friday night, but they stayed on shift late to make sure we were able to get unpacked. They were very respectful, professional and courteous. They took care with all our things and made sure our belongings were all placed in the correct locations. They never once seemed like they were inconvenienced by our late arrival though I’m sure it likely impacted their plans.

Thank you BustNMoves moving for being there for us when we needed you. I know this review is well past our move day, but I hope that you can still share with Jenny, Carlos and Ethan how grateful we are for their phenomenal service. My only regret is that we weren’t aware we could have hired you to do our full move from Coeur D’Alene to Boise and not just the unload in Boise. You will be our first call if we ever move in the future and I will recommend your company to everyone. Thank you!

These guys were kind, fast and efficient. They helped us unload a Uhaul today as well as help in setting up some furniture. We will absolutely use them next year when we move into a home instead of an apartment. I cannot recommend this company enough as it’s obvious that they take pride in moving your stuff safely, carefully and very efficiently.

BustNMoves does a great job at BustNMoves! I have used 2 other moving companies in the Boise area, and BustNMoves stands out above the rest. They worked really hard to get the job done as fast as possible and didn't damage anything. They were professional and easy to work with. They also did not rake me over the coals on the cost, which we really appreciated. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up, thank you so much, definitely recommend!

These mostly (Mormon) young men were GREAT! I came from Wisconsin to oversee this move for my client Marshall. We spoke after BustNMoves got done getting everything moved into the home and agreed that they couldn't have done any better than they did! They were AWESOME and anybody looking for a mover in East Idaho or Pocotello specifically can be assured that these guys are kosher..!!!!
