What a great experience! The crew came to clear over sized and very heavy items from my basement as well as store similar items in my garage. The 3 guys were efficient, hardworking, polite, and personable. Being relieved of the burden of so much stuff so quickly makes College Hunks a very good value! I highly recommend their service.
We had an amazing experience with this moving company! Joeangel, Josh S., and Andrew were fantastic—courteous, efficient, and so careful with all of our furniture. They took everything apart, reassembled it perfectly, and made sure each piece ended up exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Couldn’t be happier with their work. Highly recommend this company!
If you care about your furniture and personal property...DON'T CALL THESE GUYS! They damage and ruin your furniture, walls and baseboards and DO NOT APOLOGIZE for it, but actually justify it, by blaming you and the size of the stairwell. AND THEY DO NOT MAKE AMENDS! When you call and complain, don't expect them to care. Justin will LAUGH AT YOU AND HANG UP ON YOU.Do yourselves a favor and CALL ANYONE ELSE! Please check out the pictures below. The dresser was in perfect condition before these men touched it! My son's walls are ruined!
We used College Hunks Hauling & Moving recently (and this is my second time moving with them). Both times I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Most recently, I moved with Josh, Andrew, and Quentin. They were professional, respectful, and attentive throughout the entire move. They listened carefully to direction, handled our belongings with care, and made sure everything arrived without damage. The whole process went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend their team for anyone needing a reliable and stress-free moving service!
Would NEVER use again. I don’t know how this place has such great ratings. In the beginning of our moving process, we talked on the phone with someone to give them our inventory, tell them about the moving process, how far the movers have to walk, etc. Well- when the movers came to our apartment, they disclosed that they cannot take anything not in a box (which was NEVER told to me) so there were dozens of zipper bags of clothes, blankets, pillows, etc that couldn’t be moved. They said they didn’t get the couch listed either, which is a lie. They even took the doors off of our tv stand so they wouldn’t break, and didn’t even bring the doors because they “weren’t in a box” after THEY took them off. Then, when they got to our home (BRAND NEW, first home by the way, keep in mind), Tyler said “okay so should we just leave everything in the garage for you guys?” It is evident they never intended on doing a good job. He was so incredibly rude when he realized that we had a two story home (of which, was disclosed prior to) yelling “TWO STORIES, MORE TIME AND MORE MONEY!” Just so incredibly frustrating. Then- he carried a large 6 foot desk upstairs by himself, he should’ve used his partner, because he managed to ding up all of our walls on the stairs and hallway. Our 2nd desk was broken in transit. At the end, when we had to pay them, it ended up being cheaper than the quoted price (of which he let us know) however it was only cheaper and a shorter process because they didn’t move half of the items we needed them to. I filed a claim, and the next day they called, but I couldn’t answer because we had to rent a U-Haul to move the rest of our items. I will never work with this company again and will tell those close to me this story, especially if they care about their items and their home. Pictures show a few of the dings and the boxes we had them just leave in the dining room towards the end of the process because we didn’t trust them to move anything any further.
