AAA Moving was great for every step of the process; from planning, to prepping the house, and to the actual moving. They took extreme caution to avoid damage to not only my belongs but the space they were moving them in and out of. The team was very friendly and efficient. Very fair pricing and worth every penny!
Polished and ProfessionalWe recently used this company to move our office and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was organized, efficient, and careful with everything, from large furniture to smaller equipment. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the day, and handled a complex move without any drama. Office moves can be stressful, but they made it feel manageable. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone planning a business move.
Tiffany (the coordinator), Andy, Jason, Matthew, Jace, and Braydon were some of the most professional and kind individuals we’ve ever worked with. They helped my family and me move from our current home into a new place, and the entire experience was seamless. The team took special care to protect our walls, railings, and floors, and they handled our belongings with real attention—carefully wrapping and protecting items. I was especially impressed that they work with a wonderful contractor, Chris, who disassembled our gym equipment in preparation for the move.Moving is stressful, but this entire team made it a genuinely wonderful experience. Thank you to AAA Movers for lightening our load—we truly appreciate you!
We had a great experience with AAA Movers. We did both packing and moving with AAA Movers for our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Jacob's crew did a great job packing for us on Nov 28; they were thorough, considerate of our items, and quick. Andy's crew on Nov 29 then did a great job protecting all items, moving things carefully, and reassembling everything at our new place. Andy's crew also handled the snow like champs. We've moved 3 times over the last 3 years, and by far this is the best moving experience we've had. Would definitely move with them again.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Mind-bogglingly terrible customer service.I have quite a bit of valuable art, and I paid for AAA to protectively wrap and box my art. I emphasized to the crew, Tyler in particular, that the 4 antique cloth map sections of the country I grew up in in Africa, first shown to me by my father in Africa in the early 60s, are valuable, but, more importantly, have priceless sentimental value. Tyler seemed to be particularly impressed with the origin story, and I watched as he paid particular care in the packing process. So, we hired the same crew to unpack from storage. In all the flurry of move-in, I did not realize that the art was unpacked in the driveway & carried into the house. I saw one piece coming in, carried face forward. The damage was obviously snuck by me--I later discovered that the backs of the pieces, which I paid $1000s to frame years ago, were shredded. It took me 10 days to talk to Charlotte in customer service, and it was a waste of my time and breath. She said they would pay 60 cents per pound on each frame, which would hardly pay for the gas to get the pieces to a framer to be repaired. When I explained their significance, she said she was sorry, and I replied that "sorry" isn't a good business strategy. I also told her that I would review them everywhere I can, to cost them the money they should have paid me for the damage they so recklessly caused. So, here I am. This is my 3rd review including Yelp and Facebook, and I am not finished. If you care about any of your belongings, AVOID AAA Movers.
