We used Metro Movers to swap furniture from a main floor room to a lower level room. We were completely satisfied.When I first called Metro all procedures and costs were explained. I received an email estimate which was also the final cost. No "surprises".The two movers arrived at our condo at the time promised. No waiting around. This is the second time I've called on Jorge, Kit and their team for a move. The first time they moved two households into one and the most recent, and second time, 120 miles from one house to another. Communication is easy, from the quote process, to a few days before, to the day of the move. Each piece of furniture is wrapped and protected and packed in the truck securely and with care. They are prompt, polite and handle your belongings as if it were their own. These guys are top notch!
