We recently moved from Minnesota to Buffalo, New York, and the experience with this moving company was excellent from start to finish. The team showed up right on time and handled all of our belongings with great care during packing and loading. They were efficient, organized, and very respectful of our personal items.The transportation and delivery were exactly on schedule, and the unloading and unpacking at our new home were completed within just a few hours. The crew even helped unwrap and position several items, which made settling in much easier.One thing that really stood out was learning that one of the people helping with the unloading was actually one of the owners. It says a lot about the humility and dedication of the leadership when they are willing to be hands-on with the work.Overall, an A+ experience. I really love the move crew because they wrap your furniture carefully and are very efficient with their time. Bob, Dwayne, and Jack were our team. They were courteous, listened to how we wanted things done, and then got right to it. They were super fast and efficient. We felt like there was not a minute wasted, and they also took care of our furniture. We highly recommend the move crew for any move in the Twin Cities!

They boxed, labeled, wrapped, and packed everything quickly but carefully—finishing the entire job in about an hour and a half.What really impressed me was how effortless it was on my end. I just answered a few questions and they handled everything else. It’s honestly hard to believe I’ve gone this long using movers without packing services—this was easily the most stress-free move I’ve ever had.I ended up overestimating the job size (the 16 ft POD was much more space than needed), but that’s a good problem to have—it shows how efficiently they worked and how well they maximized storage space.The results speak for themselves: the basement is spotless, organized, and ready for the next phase of my renovation. Cannot recommend The Move Crew ENOUGH! Everyone in the office we met with- Bri, Gus, owner Gunnar as well as our actual “move crew”- John, Koi and Sam were extremely friendly, adaptable and professional to work with! Our space was completely cleared out in an hour time making our move so much easier and stress free. Every piece of furniture arrived safely and in perfect condition to our destination. Will go back to The Move Crew again and again for as many moves as I can mentally handle ;). 5 stars isn’t enough!!!
