This company is very thorough, trustworthy and has a lot of integrity in their work.A quarter was found in a piece of my furniture; it was returned to me, I would have never missed that quarter or known it was even in there, but just the fact that they returned it to me shows the integrity & honesty.Very very impressed and whenever I need any type of furniture moved I will always use this company. Communication with our two movers was excellent. We received a call informing us that they would be about 5 minutes late. No problem; we appreciated being kept informed. We asked for a specific placement of our belongings in storage, and when I checked, the material was exactly as I wanted. Our more fragile items were carefully wrapped in both pads and plastic wrap. It took a bit longer to do the move than originally anticipated, but then I had quite a bet of shop equipment and a piano. Both movers were professional and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.
I would give them negative stars if possible. On a Sunday at the apartment complex that I am renting at, at the time of this review. The moving van was blocking a number of garages, but not mine. In front of mine was a collection of items belonging to whomever was utilizing the service. The individual that was apparently waiting on "another truck" was sitting on one of the chairs in front of my garage. I let him know that I need access to my storage and he let me know that I wouldn't have access to my garage for another hour or so. He also made the comment that if "you owned your own property that I wouldn't have this problem. It took a lot for me to not get in a shouting match with this person, if not worse. I would not recommend this company for your moving needs for if they are disrespectful of the people that they inconvenience to provide a service for you, i doubt that they will be respectful of your possessions.
If you are looking for fast service and a job well done, search no more. Brian at Mission Mountain Express is the man!We called Mission Mountain Express three months ago to deliver and install a bed. Two very nice guys came to do just that and left us with a very positive impression. They were pleasant, courteous, and efficient. We called Mission Mountain Express again for some major work this week – moving some very heavy furniture throughout our house.Brian scheduled us without any delay. He and a helper came well prepared, with clean blankets and a great attitude. Brian orchestrated the move of each and every piece very methodically, was very professional, and never made a remark or a complaint even though it was a tough job on a hot day! They both worked tirelessly for four straight hours and got the job done.Their rates are very fair and worth every penny. Their work ethics is exemplary, their professionalism outstanding.
