***BEWARE***Not insured **BEWARE***make sure they are insured and you have that information. Call to verify. Check DOT. Had to go through my bank to get a refund from Mason. Did some digging and found out Mason lied. He does not have insurance to cover damaged property/items caused during the move.***EDIT: The response from the owner is a lie. I even requested an update week after week with no response. We have spoken via text messages numerous times. After no response from text messages as well (paper trail) I began to request a refund from the owner through Zelle. It was denied. So I got my bank involved and sent the same information to Zelle. The owner even lied about having multiple employees and multiple trucks. Basically the WHOLE company is two men and one truck. You in fact did not have insurance. I was given a refund because of this. You might have it now but you did not then. If you hire this company DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE and have them show you their Certificate of Insurance (COI). A real moving company will do this with no hesitation. If they refuse > red flag! Also confirm insurance by asking for: insurance agent’s contact info, Policy number, and Coverage type. I learned this the hard way.
So, earlier I gave a one star. I did like there service and I do and would recommend them. There was a communication disconnect. Mason was great to work with and if I need this type of service again, I would rely on them. Thank you and sorry for the hasty 1 star review.
I did not want to leave a bad review and tried to resolve the issue with the company directly but no one cared to even respond to my concerns. My items were placed in the storage without any care. All of my totes of clothes were placed to the back of the storage and furniture towards the front. When I opened my storage the mattress literally knocked me down. I had to pay someone else to come and rearrange my storage about paying 860 for the movers. I requested for a portion of my money back due to me having to pay out additional funds to fix the issue but still haven’t received a response. Once they are paid they do not care about resolving any issues.
Mason and Nick were the ones who helped me move today. It was such a relief to have the help! These guys communicate- were on time- super professional- accommodating- the price was amazing (especially being a single mom)- I am more than happy with choosing these guys for my move and will definitely use them again as well as refer them to anyone I know that’s moving.
Ron & Kevin were fast, efficient and took care of everything they moved. Professional through and through! Even packed the storage unit like pros! This will be the only moving company I ever use!My last experience local movers was not good from start to finish. Nothing wrong with hiring young kids but they should be taught how to do the job properly.
