Pink Zebra Moving of Mobile, AL

I had an absolute great time with these guys. Never knew that moving could be so fun.
They handled my packing and transportation.
The even helped me find a storage solution.
They did all of this in the heat of summer while smiling through the whole thing.
If I could give more stars I would.

Do not use pink zebra!!!!
We had an Absolutely horrible experience with Pink Zebra moving from Mobile to North Carolina.

The guys who came to pack our things wreaked of weed and I found multiple things they just couldn’t be bothered to pack up. We were told an original moving date and then that had to be changed because Randall double booked the moving day therefore causing us to have to extend our rental longer than originally planned incurring more expenses.

When our things arrived in North Carolina,
All our mattresses and bedding were wet and black with dirt. Our boxes were wet and crumpled. Hanging clothes were just thrown into boxes and wet inside and out. Expensive suits and dresses thrown in and smushed in wet boxes. Multiple pieces of furniture, some being irreplaceable family antiques, were dirty, broken, damaged and altogether missing. We were given a refund of $400!!!!!!! That’s not even what one thing ruined cost. We were told if we collected invoices of the damaged/missing items and sent them to Randall we’d be reimbursed… however it’s been months and we have yet for that to happen.

Moving is already so stressful especially when you’re making the move alone with a 3 year old while your husband is already states away so to say this was upsetting is putting it lightly.

I will have to move multiple times, sometimes even yearly, over the course of my husband’s career and I will never use pink zebra again. This could have been a great partnership over the years but instead This was a horrible experience and I would never recommend using this company to anyone.
