The best moving experience I have had. Jaz (administrative staff) quoted me fair, transparent prices for my move. Another shady company quoted me almost double. She was understanding that I needed some time to book and didn’t blow up my phone weekly to “check-in” (AKA trying to make a sale.) That was a big plus for me. For reference, I moved from Turlock to Sacramento. On moving day, the two gentlemen moving my items showed up on time. They were polite, conversational, and had great humor. They handled my furniture with such care. They actually went out of their way to protect my gaming PC by putting it in the vehicle, rather than inside the trailer. I didn’t ask them to do this/ had no clue until we arrived in Sacramento. I had a back procedure the day before the move and the gentlemen made sure that I didn’t have to rearrange any items once they left. If I remember correctly, I believe their names were Jaz (a different Jaz) & Rob. After setting up my new apartment, they triple checked their trailer to ensure that no items were left behind. I have typically had pleasant movers in the past, but this company and their employees are at the top of my list. I highly recommend Pack It Up Movers. Thank you for making such a stressful and uncomfortable transition in my life joyful. I don’t take your customer service for granted and I hope to receive your services after completing my graduate program.
Pack It Up movers are supreme! We have had four moves in the last two years PIU is better than all of the others combined. Jaz changed my dryer cord in minutes, Rob was the star in two moves, and Pedro was doing everything he could to make things go right. Look no further than PIU and you'll be glad you did.
Had an amazing team. Jaz's crew was awesome and professional. They really cared about my items and worked extremely hard and efficient. I know I will be moving in about 2 years and I will be using Pack it up movers again and will specifically asking for Jaz and his crew.
If you're trying to find help filling a POD this is the company you need! So professional! I called around a few places and their rates are very reasonable considering they are licensed/insured/bonded.3 (very professional) guys in 2 hours filled my 16ft POD with room to spare! They were careful and mindful of our stuff. They really did turn it into the Mary Poppins POD. I kept adding to the "if it fits pile" because they made it happen. Can't recommend them enough!
