Excellent service overall. The crew arrived on time, were friendly, fast, efficient and very determined to figure out a way to move my sofas into places where it looked impossible to get through.I wrapped and packed everything myself except my sofa which they kindly said they would wrap it for me. The only negative feedback I would give is that they poorly wrapped my sofa using thin plastic wrap that didn't protect enough and therefore the wood on my sofa base was scratched/chipped and discoloured in all four corners. I would recommend that you wrap your furniture yourself. Besides this issue, I would still recommend this company!
