I felt pressured into giving a five star review while all four men were standing around me, the team leader literally told me: ‘Take your phone now and type Movingo, now put five stars and also write a good review including my name ‘ and then he proceeded to spell out his name for me to write said review, demanding I do it on the spot. I was too exhausted to think clearly so I did it, with them watching me. And also asking for tips. So I want to put my honest and well thought out opinion here now, that’s why I am modifying my original post.Fairly good experience, with some exceptions. My issue is that they left behind a good amount of our belongings without even telling us, like 5% maybe. They just closed the truck and took off so we had to follow. When we returned to the house for a last check, we found out that every room had been packed up to about 90-95%, the rest was left behind, not even in boxes, just laying around or in closets. So we were stuck and had to make several trips super late at night to finish the job on our own with our car, loading the car piece by piece since we did not even have empty boxes anymore to put our belongings in. By the time we realized this, we had already generously tipped and put 5 stars(which I felt pressured into posting), so this is why I felt the need to clarify here.Also my brand new hard wood has been damaged because they dragged the boxes across the floor. We did tell them to be careful and that the floor was more fragile because when the varnish remains very delicate for several weeks after it’s done, that’s just the way it is with hard wood floors. Maybe they didn’t understand, I’m not sure, but the floor in the living room and dining room was damaged by dragging boxes and stuff. That part makes me really sad.The rest of my review remains true, I don’t want to be unfair: they did show nice qualities during our move and they were very polite. Pardeep’s team did a good job packaging with care and kindness. Our belongings were treated with respect, very little damage to my things or to the house, besides the scratches on the floor.I was feeling stressed at first and they did everything in their power to help me feel more comfortable and relaxed: it worked. If you go with them, just make sure to keep an eye on everything before letting the truck leave, maybe have friend come help for an extra pair of eyes or just make a tour of the house with them before leaving to avoid the same inconvenience. Be prepared for when they demand a 5 star review on the spot, have your answer ready. Other than that it was good, I am really trying to be fair here, I hope I come across as such.

We had 3 exceptional movers who went above and beyond! They were extremely kind, professional, and careful with all of our belongings. Despite having only stairs and large, heavy furniture, they handled everything with ease. Communication was excellent, and they took the time to wrap, disassemble, and reassemble our furniture perfectly. Everything was done smoothly and without any issues. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again!
