I called around 8 and my cube was in place by 10 am! Pricing is very competitive, the unit is great and the staff made it so easy. Josh delivered, put it exactly where I needed it and explained the door mechanisms, etc. Great experience!
Josh was a refreshing “COOL” professional on such a hot summer day. He greeted me, explained what he was going to do, asked if he could explain all after placement, etc…**** Due to NO fault of his own, he put the pod down on the grass instead of the asphalt. I was working inside, and realized after it was down. I had to ask him to move it. He was so gracious and accommodating. Again, I felt badly for not noticing sooner; but, he took it all in stride. He and was so very professional and polite! Josh is a kind, hard working, wonderful employee!Thanks EZCube

$175 a month ?????? 8ft width 8ft height 16ft long, very hard to believe but very true. My complete experience this far has been great. When the Cube came today Charlie (the delivery guy) was just so friendly. He laughed with us and explained how to use, open, close the pod as well as what not to place inside. He also explained why you shouldn’t place it inside. He was very respectful of our yard and asked for permission before he did anything. Charlie was sure to represent the company well. We were outside with our neighbors when he arrived and they too were taught about your company and its history. He cracked a few jokes, very funny great guy. His presentation all together seemed unrehearsed and natural. That’s what people want to see and feel. Rehearsed comes off skeptical. To see that it was so natural made me feel he loves what he do. For him to love it, to me, means the company has to be a great trust worthy company. I also would like to point out Rodney. When I called EZCube and spoke with Rodney I was unsure about what I wanted to do. He gave me a quote and told me somethings about the company. Even though it took me another two to three days to decide, Rodney still called me back each and every time I called him, if he was not available. He made sure to keep my mind at ease even during him settling us up a drop off date. The day of Rodney called to check on me, prepare me and give me heads up of an estimated time frame. Rodney is the reason I went with EZCube and Charlie is the reason I have no regrets. They both ROCKED the delivery and customer service portion!! The price of $175 a month doesn’t hurt either. Can’t beat that any where.
