Worst Experience move ever. Booked with them through a broker. Was quoted a $4,000 job and when they arrived it increased it by an additional $5,000 because of the excuse of supplies when I already had boxes and tape. I understand charging an additional couple hundred or even a thousand but additional 5,000 is a scam and I’m not the first person they’ve done this to. When my belongings was delivered I had lamps and very fragile things broken. I had stuff missing such a the cord to a very expensive packman game. When I asked one of the movers who broke down the packman game where the cord was he debated with me about how they just through things in boxes hence to why also tv remotes were everywhere and still can’t find until this day. I had a wooden dresser leg cracked and broken. I general horrible experience wasn’t worth the price I paid for and I did go up to the courthouse to get the paperwork done and is in route to be summons to them to get the additional $5000 they charge me for. There lucky I’m not taking them for the full amount back ??. I suggest contacting me to get part of my money back before it’s settled in court and then fines and stuff get included.
The price kept going up at the last minute, calls were either not returned, or ppl were very nasty, even insulting. Damage to some of our items were photographed, and put in writing, after multiple calls , we were told they were already damaged prior to the move. We have pics!!! Some of our items were strapped to the back of the sleeper cab of the truck, causing damage to our furniture!. We were informed that we had to pay additional money for bulk items the day of the move!!

Daniel, the crew leader, and his team of four were professional, punctual, and worked incredibly hard. They did an exceptional job of wrapping and securing every single fragile item, ensuring all our belongings were properly protected for the long haul. They were quick, efficient, and managed the entire process flawlessly.?Frankly, I noticed a few bad reviews while searching and I genuinely do not understand them, as my experience was the definition of excellent service from start to finish.
