This is a terrible company. I highly recommend avoiding them. My experience with them was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

I initially contacted a sales representative named Kasey, who was very pleasant to talk to but unfortunately did not provide me with accurate information about their business practices. I needed help moving my 75-year-old mother to her new home and informed Kasey that I wouldn't be able to be present during the move. Kasey assured me that this would not be a problem, stating that I would receive an invoice after the job was completed for final payment. However, this turned out to be false.

When the movers arrived, my sister and mother greeted them at the door. Luis, who identified himself as the job manager, stated that if I wasn't there in person with my credit card at the end of the job, they would keep my mom's furniture in the truck and continue to charge us until I arrived. My mother called me, understandably upset since I was away on business. I attempted to contact the front office, but no one responded for 30 minutes until finally, a man named Jamie returned my call. I explained the situation and what Kasey had told me, and Jamie assured me they do not operate that way. He claimed his team lead, Luis, might be following outdated protocols.

Three hours later, my sister and mother contacted me again, distraught because the moving team was still holding my mother's belongings hostage, insisting I be there with my credit card to finalize the payment. As I was in a meeting and unable to call, I texted Kasey, demanding to know why this was happening after assurances to the contrary. Despite the hassle, miscommunication, and broken promises, I eventually managed to complete the payment over the phone, though the delay added to my total cost.

This company appears to be more interested in extracting extra money from their customers than providing honest and reliable service. They made numerous promises to secure my business, only to disregard them entirely. Their behavior was unnecessary and exploitative, especially towards my elderly mother and sister. Better communication and integrity would have prevented this situation. I would suggest steering clear of them entirely.
