Had a wonderful local moving experience (finally!) with Sergio, Guillermo, and Martín! Moved from a small second floor apartment to a house, and they were experts navigating the tricky apartment hallways/elevator needing a latch code/tight street parking/neighbors using elevator/keeping noise to a minimum in the apartment. Highly recommend you call and speak with Ray, the miracle moving coordinator that scheduled the flawless move for the next day, as I requested. Sergio and his team were prompt, professional, thorough, and very thoughtful packing and moving our stuff. The set up also was super helpful to get me started organizing our new place. Sergio even repaired some old furniture before the move! Congratulations to Jacob, the co-owner for supporting such skilled movers who obviously enjoy their job and make moving stress free??

This team truly went above and beyond. From Fran, who expertly handled my quote and a last-minute schedule change due to unforeseen surgery, to the on-site crew, One Move Movers delivered exceptional service. This was my third move in four years (including one cross-country), and they were by far the best. I highly recommend One Move Movers.

I used One Move Movers today to move an entire house of furniture from San Jose to Saratoga, and I couldn’t be happier with their service.

The team arrived with a great attitude and positive energy. They asked all the right questions at the beginning to plan the packing and moving process properly. They were extremely kind, careful, and wrapped every item in a very professional way.

They provided all the materials needed — boxes, tape, blankets, and wrapping paper — and made sure everything was protected. Once the move was complete, they cleaned up everything and left the place spotless.

Overall, the crew was super professional, efficient, and incredibly nice and helpful. I highly recommend One Move if you want a smooth, stress-free moving experience!

These guys went above and beyond in every way. They didn't just move my belongings—they genuinely helped me pack efficiently and made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and manageable. Their professionalism, care, and positive attitudes made all the difference.

What really stood out was their dedication at the end of a long day. Even after all the heavy lifting and moving was done, they stayed to assemble two kids' beds for me—in the dark, no less! They could have easily called it a day, but they made sure my children had beds to sleep in that night. That kind of service and commitment is rare and deeply appreciated.

If you're looking for movers who will treat your belongings with care and go the extra mile to help you get settled, One Move Movers is the team to call. Domingo, Francisco, and Cesar are true professionals who genuinely care about their customers. There was quite a bit of required paperwork—COI, quotes, and other documentation—but they managed everything quickly and professionally. They arrived on time, were well-organized, and took great care of every item from pick up to delivery, especially when moving conference room furniture into our all-glass conference rooms.

My move was handled by Sergio, Domingo, Guillermo, Francisco, and Fran the moving consultant. I want to thank them for their outstanding work.
