Amazing working with these professional men! So kind and funny, too! During a stressful move, they put my mind at ease and took great care of my belongings. Seriously, the nicest folks ever. And, I really hope Dominic and Jeff come to do the unloading in Asheville.They moved my washer and dryer downstairs so I could sell them (I'll have a set where I'm going) and when the buyers came at the same time, helped put it on their truck. Went above and beyond!Highly recommend them!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! This is a scam. They hounded us for days to get us to pay reservation fee and then sent us email confirmation. On moving day, they never showed up. We had to pay another company triple to get them to help us load our truck same day. It was excuse after excuse and the manager refused to call me or speak to me. They claimed that our job didn't get put on the crew's calendar for some unexplained reason and that they just couldn't make it to us at all on moving day. Set our entire move-out schedule into a tailspin that we never recovered from. We spent a fortune trying to get completely moved out in time. Zero accountability and offered us zero solutions. We only got a refund.

Smart Move Nashville did a great job moving us. The final cost was just slightly higher than estimate. The 3 member crew arrived on time and loaded our furniture and many boxes promptly and with care. For the first time in many moves, nothing was broken or dinged in the move. They were courteous and asked where things went that were not labeled with room destination. Only one mistake of loading one furniture piece that was not to go but that was quickly remedied and put back in original spot. I will definitely be recommending and using your excellent moving services again.
