I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my mother to Assistive Living from Independent. It was a move between buildings, with lots of hindrances. From the guys working on the ceilings in the hallways blocking access to the other building, to older folks that don't move fast continuing to block the hallways, to chair aerobics which blocked the front entrance to Assistive Living the guys exuded an extreme amount of patience and humor for the situation. I was very happy and appreciative of the service.
I needed a Hammond Organ with a full pedal board and a two-piece china hutch to move. The crew arrived on time. They were very friendly and introduced themselves to me. They did an excellent job of wrapping my items to protect the during moving. The crew was very professional and polite. Good communication.
Great service from time of my first call. Scheduling was a breeze, truck arrived exactly on time. The guys were courteous quick and careful. The move included an extra stop and could have easily gone over the 4 hr minimum but they finished with time to spare which made the whole process easy and affordable. Definitely will use Two Men and a Truck again!
Finally home! Our movers came this morning and got right to work. I was impressed with how professional these two young men were. They were exceptionally hard-working. They were smart in how they approached packing and staging items. They asked all the right questions. And they got the job done quickly. If that sounds too good to be true…they were also super pleasant and seem to be in a good mood while they worked! This helped me stay in a good mood because moving is hard even if you have help. I just had to write a review because I really wanna thank the two men who drove all the way up the mountain from Murrieta/Temecula today and helped us move and keep a smile on our faces. Thank You Sincerely to our movers today : Damien and Jagger. And thank you also to the customer service technician who helped me book this job and answer all my questions as well. Two men and a truck was totally professional from the day I booked it, to today when we waved goodbye. This was the ideal experience I had hoped for when I hired this company. I highly recommend.
