They followed through on all promises, most importantly our belonging staying on the same truck the entire time and not handed off to third party contractors. We were extremely pleased with Positive Moves from start to finish. Scheduling was seamless thanks to Luke, who handled everything over the phone with ease. The moving team—Matt, Emmett, and Wes—was outstanding. All three were professional, highly experienced, and incredibly efficient. They took excellent care of our furniture and were beyond accommodating throughout the entire move.We had furniture being swapped between two homes, and they managed it all flawlessly. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—they even took extra care with bed placement to ensure my 91-year-old mother would be able to move around safely and comfortably. I would highly recommend Positive Moves and would absolutely use them again if we ever need moving services in the future.
Extremely professional and courteous! My wife and I could not be more pleased. The crew did a terrific job of securely padding the furniture, not just throwing a blanket over it. The padding was neatly laid on and secured with large rubber bands, tape and stretch wrap. The crew carefully disassembled larger pieces, wrapped them and took caution when moving and loading it. Everyone was friendly throughout the whole process, moved steadily and quickly but carefully and not rushed. I don't expect to move again, but if I do, Positive Moves will be the only company I call.
