My move with You Move Me was booked for December 10. On December 9, I received a call from “Ray” letting me know that my move was cancelled and it would be rescheduled to December 11 or 12. Apparently, my move was cancelled as “one of our trucks broke down”. It’s not my responsibility to figure this out but I suggested that they rent a truck from elsewhere. My move had to go ahead as planned. Ray later called me back to say that my move would go ahead as they had “figured it out”. He made it sound as if he had done me a huge favour.Moving is a stressful process for most of us and to be told at “the eleventh hour” that my move was cancelled, added a whole new level of upset and stress. This company is unreliable and I would not recommend using them.
I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic moving crew on June 1st—Jorge, Matt, and Mark—and I can’t say enough good things about them! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, kind, and incredibly friendly. They handled everything with care and moved efficiently while still making sure nothing was rushed or overlooked.Moving can be such a stressful experience, but these three made the whole process feel smooth and easy. They worked so well together as a team and were respectful of both my time and my belongings. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time.If you’re looking for movers who are not only skilled but also warm and personable, I absolutely recommend Jorge, Matt, and Mark. Oliver and Tyler from You Move Me Victoria were great and made my move easy. They were careful but efficient, and very accommodating when there was an unexpected fire alarm that went off in my building mid-move. The whole team were polite and there was good communication throughout the process. This was my second time moving with this company and I’m happy to be a repeat customer.

Excellent service and moving company! I was very impressed with the service. I had a fantastic team. Alex, John, Patrik, Oliver and Nathan were all efficient, courteous and professional. They worked quickly and finished the job under the estimated time. They did not mind moving furniture/boxes multiple times as I changed my mind where items should go in my new home. They ensured I was satisfied before leaving for the day. They made moving day smooth and much less stressful. Would highly recommend this company for any moves!
