These guys were very personable and nice while packing our trailer; and they responded to instructions from us like they were going to follow them. However, when we unpacked the trailer in TX, we found a number of items were damaged due to not being packed the way we asked. For example, I asked them to take the legs off the coffee table for packing on the truck, they said they would, but they didn’t and one leg as fully destroyed during transport. Prior to this, we have done 4 long distance moves and we never had anything broken or damaged beyond repair. But in this move, we had many items damaged and broken.
