THEY DO NOT COMPENSATE PROPERLY FOR DAMAGED GOODS.0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE.I hired All My Sons for a very short move, only 1.3 miles away, about a 5 to 7 minute drive, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The most serious issue was the complete destruction of my $1,000+ monitor. It was in perfect working condition and I was actively using it until the movers arrived. During the move I personally saw the monitor placed directly on the concrete with no protection and immediately told them not to leave it there and to properly secure it. Despite that, it was returned to me in two separate pieces with the screen completely shattered. This was not a small bump or cosmetic damage. It was catastrophic damage that rendered the monitor a total loss. That level of damage reflects a serious failure to properly secure and protect the item. Their response was to offer $150 based on the $0.60 per pound valuation coverage and call it “full and final,” which does not reasonably compensate for the destruction of a $1,000+ item I specifically warned them about. There were also multiple other items that came back scratched and not properly cared for, but I did not pursue those because I know they are not going to refinish my furniture. I focused only on the most significant loss. In addition, I was initially quoted around $700 at $150 per hour per mover, and for a 1.3 mile move the final bill ended up being over $1,000. When I signed the paperwork, I was told the total normally appears on the documents but was missing “for some reason” and that I could just sign. That lack of transparency was concerning. Communication about the damage claim has also been slow, with responses taking several days. At the end of the move the movers stood in front of me asking me to leave a review on the spot, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, and I was told that tipping more could result in certain pricing being removed from the bill. After this experience, I looked through other reviews and saw similar concerns mentioned by other customers
